Training and Consulting Fees

Typically we integrate training and consultation into our farmland lease programs, all together in one big package. Our business model is simple yet very effective. We focus on one compete system of leasing massive tracts of land, prepare the land and water systems, and then sublease that land to farmers who need extra land and extra training.  The overall monthly lease rates depend largely on the amount of training, consulting, land prep, and other services that we can provide upon the request of the farmers.  Each contract is just as unique as the farm it provides services to.

However, if our services are ever needed elsewhere we are happy to provide onsite training and consultation services at $120 per hour, with an eight-hour minimum.  We are happy to travel one hour from the Portland, Oregon area for free.  Drive times beyond that area will be charged the same $120 per hour (billed in 15 minute increments).  If you are in need of any of our services or would simply like more information please feel free to reach out to us seven days a week, from 8am to 6pm.
